short overalls

Short overalls have been popping up on fashion blogs and magazines lately...but I'm still not sure what to think about them. Part of me thinks they are cute, in a fresh, tomboy kind of way. And the other part of me still has nightmares from the days when I used to wear them....in high school [head hangs down in shame].

I do like this pale blue denim version with frayed hems (and a fun crisscross in the back!). Maaaybe I'll give them another chance?
