chorizo and white bean stew

If you're in the mood for an easy winter stew, I highly recommend this recipe. I made it over the weekend and it was delicious! Only instead of sausage links, I used spicy ground sausage and I also added more broth, since Kyle and I prefer soupy stews. Don't forget the crusty bread to eat it with!

I know I'm probably too old for this, but I really want one of these animal earflap hats from Urban Outfitters. They look so warm and cozy. I think the raccoon one is my favorite!
