Happy MLK Day! I've been thinking long and hard about New Year's resolutions lately and have finally decided on one for myself. A new year means a fresh start...specifically, it means reorganizing and [painfully] editing down my closet. So long are the days of buying clothes I don't really need or just because it's on sale and a steal (because who doesn't love bragging rights). It means selling more stuff on eBay and donating to Goodwill...and only keeping the things that I wear obsessively nonstop. i.e. the faux fur collar pictured above that I've been wearing every day for the past three weeks (and was only $7 from h&m, agh...SEE???).
I've also noticed that I appreciate jewelry now more than I used to...maybe because it's something that I know I can love indefinitely or maybe I'm just getting more sentimental as I get older. A handmade bracelet of my husband's name recently tops the list. Anyways, just thought I'd share...hope you have a great start to the week!
*Many thanks to RedEnvelope for my new Kyle bracelet!:)
