How do New Yorkers always manage to look so chic all the time, and yet still make it look so effortless? And especially during the week of all weeks, Fashion Week. Is it something in the water up there? I am baffled...not to mention insanely jealous of their sense of style...

I want to dress like that last guy, all the time. ALL THE TIME! I love the dorky chic look! And gosh, how do New Yorkers traipse around in such fabulously tall shoes all the time, too?
