furoshiki textiles

Furoshiki is a versatile type of traditional Japanese wrapping cloth that you can use to wrap a present, use as a bag or even wear as a scarf! I like the idea of giving someone a gift within a gift. 

 These ones are made of 100% cotton satin, are handmade and hand printed in Japan...it doesn't get more authentic than that. See the rest of the designs here.

    You could totally frame these and hang them as art - beautiful!
