weekend snapshots
I need to get better at posting my weekend snaps but here they are:
1. "Bullet", the oldest and most distinguished of bulldogs from our meetup club.
2. A few adoring fans nearby.
3. Hummus + Greek salad goodness.
4. You can't really tell, but my toes are hot pink!
5. Pancho wants to play Mario Kart too (he'd make a good Bowser, so we think).
6. Cinnamon sugar bagel + strawberry cream cheese.
7. Cousins/coworkers.

date night
After a pretty hectic week, I was feeling a little stir-crazy last night so I made Kyle take me on an impromptu date! I put on my spiffy new blazer and we headed out for some sushi and gelato (the wedding cake flavor rocked my world). It was just what I needed.Have a fabulous weekend!

puppy training
Last night, Kyle and I took Pancho to his first puppy obedience class*, where a little dachshund named Oscar stole my heart. He looked exactly like the one on this card, minus the striped French sweater. *In case you were wondering, Pancho did extremely well since he had already mastered "sit" a few weeks ago on his own. He seemed to still enjoy showing off in true Pancho fashion though;)

the art of clean up
Photos from a book by Swiss artist Ursus Wehrli, called The Art of Clean Up, captures everyday scenes of disorder that are rearranged and sorted by different attributes such as color, size and shape. I have to admit, this really appeals to the OCD in me...I especially love the pine needles!
